Aerobic Training – This type of training is used to help strengthen endurance and increase Speed & Agility.

  1. Treadmill –To Increase, To Advance, To Accelerate - Rapid
  2. Stationary Bicycle – To Persist, To Stabilize – Continuous
  3. Rowing Machine – To Pattern, To Establish Rhythm – Methodical

Upper Body Training – This type of training is used to build strength.

  1. Bicep Curl – To Attract, To Pull Towards, To Adduct – Absorbed
  2. Tricep Curl – To Repel, To Push Away, To Abduct – Expelled
  3. Seated Shoulder Press – To Lift, To Hold, To Elevate – Erected, Heightened

Lower Body Training – This type of training is used to build strength. Spatially,

  1. Calf Lift – To Rise, To Incline, To Ascend – Hoisted
  2. Leg Extension – To Spread, To Fan – Unfurled
  3. Leg Press – To Push, To Thrust – Pierced

Abdominal (Core) Training – This type of training is used to build strength.

  1. Traditional Crunch – To Coil, To Curl, To Contort – Converged
  2. Oblique Crunch – To Twist – Rippled
  3. Reverse Crunch – To Extend Outward, To Release – Diverged
